Reliable Partnership and excellent service recovery

I have been using Client Link for the past almost 18 months as one of the four core strategies to manage my diary as a financial advisor. In this industry, consistency is key, and while there have been occasional instances where appointment delivery didn't meet the initial timeline, their service recovery is what truly sets them apart. Whenever there is a delay or a quota isn't met, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I'm looked after, often providing higher-quality appointments or additional appointments to make up for it. It is refreshing to work with a company that takes accountability and ensures that, in the end, the value delivered exceeds expectations. I highly recommend them to any financial advisor, looking for a dependable appointment setting partner.

Thank you for working hard

I have worked with the client link team for years now and I will say that through the ups and downs they have been a pivotal asset to mine and any business. Too often in our industry we are focused on prospects and onboarding clients and when things aren't moving the way that we want we come here to complain. In our profession we have to deal with people who may just not be interested to chat about financial planning but dont want to be rude so they agree to meetings and then they deny the same call a day later. These things happen but with Nathan and his team its few and far between and if there is an issue, bring it up and have it sorted within a few days. Thats professional service. Thank you to Client Link, the team does work hard and they are trying to help out advisors grow their business.

Client Link always exceeds my expectations

It's been great working with Client Link and the team. Nathan is a great person to work with. He's always on the ball, responds promptly to every WhatsApp, and his appointments have been outstanding. His team works hard, and his speed booking facility has given a massive boost to my sales strategy. Nathan is a power player for any team, and I'm excited about what's to come!

Financial Advisors Be aware - “Appointments” From Client Link Were Mostly Unqualified Leads

<div>Our advisory practice engaged ClientLink, run by ******, to provide booked client appointments for financial advisors. We are sharing this review so that other advisors researching Client Link reviews, appointment-setting services, or lead generation companies for financial advisors can make an informed decision. Understanding the Core Issue: Leads vs Appointments: This distinction is critical. A lead is simply a name and phone number. The advisor must still contact the person, determine whether they are interested, and try to secure a meeting. An appointment is when the individual has already: • Engaged with the service • Expressed interest, and • Agreed to a specific date and time for a meeting. The service sold to us by ClientLink was appointments, not cold leads. Sales Process: During the initial discussions, ****** came across as articulate and persuasive. References were provided for the business, and the service sounded similar to other appointment-setting marketing services we had successfully used before. We deliberately started with a smaller package to test the service before committing further. However, almost immediately after purchasing the first package, there was ongoing pressure to purchase additional packages. This included urgency-based sales tactics, suggesting we would miss opportunities if we did not commit quickly. Despite some reservations, we ultimately purchased two packages to evaluate the service. Service Delivery: “Appointments” That Were Not Confirmed: Once the service started, we began receiving what were described as booked appointments. When we contacted the individuals provided, we repeatedly encountered the following situations: • Prospects who did not answer calls • Prospects who stated they had not agreed to a meeting • Prospects who were unaware of any appointment • Prospects who had no interest in financial advisory services From our experience in sales and advisory work, this strongly indicated that these were unqualified leads rather than confirmed appointments. To be clear, we understand that not every meeting results in a client. Our concern was not conversion; it was that many of the meetings did not appear to have been confirmed with the individuals listed at all. Constant Follow-Ups Required: Throughout the engagement, we frequently had to: • Follow up to receive replacements • Request clarification on appointments • Chase communication If we did not follow up ourselves, there were long periods where no appointments were sent. Reasons Provided for Non-Delivery: Over time, various explanations were provided for the issues with delivery, including: • Staffing problems • Personal circumstances • Operational challenges. We allowed multiple opportunities for the service to improve over more than a year of engagement, but the quality of appointments did not improve. Refund Agreement That Was Not Honoured: Eventually, we raised the issue formally and explained that the service delivered did not match what had been sold. We calculated a pro-rata refund for undelivered appointments and submitted this in writing. ****** confirmed that the amount was fair and agreed to reimburse us. However: • The agreed payment timeline passed without settlement. • Further explanations followed for delays. • A small portion of the amount was eventually paid, but the majority remains outstanding. At one stage, we were offered additional appointments instead of reimbur*****t, which we declined due to our prior experience with the quality of appointments provided. Although a pro-rata refund for undelivered appointments was agreed to by ****** both verbally and in writing, the amount has not been settled in full. Even after providing an additional six-month timeframe for the matter to be resolved, the commitments made have still not been honoured. As a result, we have chosen to stop pursuing further engagement, as the process has become time-consuming and unproductive. Based on our experience, ClientLink did not deliver the confirmed appointments that were sold to us, and the agreed resolution has not been completed. Following the publication of our review, we received multiple calls from ****** in which we were pressured to remove the review. When this was unsuccessful, a small payment (Not the outstanding refund amount) was offered in exchange for its removal. We made it clear that the review was not posted with the intent of receiving payment (Which is long overdue), but to allow other advisors to make an informed decision when using services from Client Link.</div>
