You click , we delivery is a lie.

I am shocked at the terrible service. This business is not living up to their promise "You Click ,we deliver" there is no Click & Deliver. I arranged for a parcel collection and deliver. I got an estimate made payment and was told to expect collection the next day. I called their customer service when the pick up did not happen only to be told I am in an outlying area. A pathetic excuse especially when I had already paid for the service. They could not confirm the email address nor the telephone number they claim to have used to reach out to me. When I asked for my money back I am was told I have to send a bank letter and wait 7 to 21 working days for my refund. So in the mean time I will have to seek an alternative courier service with what money ?What bothers me is that I have on multiple occasions received deliveries and arranged pick ups from their competitors at my address which is 4 exactly 4 mins from a major freeway in Johannesburg. Make it make sense!!!
