Unbelievable
I received a parcel from London via AGS but unfortunately it was a wrong item supp**** so I contacted the supplier who agreed for me to return it. My 1st problem was that AGS doesn't have a return service which is very weird for me. Anyway they advised me to book it for return via Clickway. I raised a waybill and paid and in the process uploaded the original invoice to show that it was a return as advised by AGS. When the parcel arrived in London they levied duties and taxies to it and I contested this with their customs division in London. They advised me that they were not made aware that its a return so I should take the matter up with RSA. I did so and RSA advised me to do a commercial invoice in a suggested manner and they acknowledged that all was in order and they would come back to me if they needed anything else. It was quite for a while and the parcel was still undelivered in London. to my surprise the parcel was returned back to me. I asked the team in London and they said that they didn't receive any instruction to the contrary so because the parcel had been sitting for 3 weeks unclaimed with duties outstanding. I then queried this with RSA a got a ton of excuses basically saying that I am at fault and they apologize for any inconvenience and I need the parcel in London I have to raise a new waybill at my cost as if nothing ever happened and hope that this time they will come right. So in short I paid for a parcel to go on a merry go round and I should just suck it.
