Total *******s.. Disgusted.. Disappointed.. A bunch of *****

Absolutely disgusted by poor poor services.. I have paid for an overnight service on the 12/01/2023 but the pkg was nva collected.. I then proceeded to contact their online agents and was informed it will be collected the next day 13/01/2023..spoke to 3 different agents who all seem dumb and clearly has no customer relations experience Portia, ishara and Riaz.. When spoke to Portia on the 13/01/2023 she advised pkg will be collected and that I should go to the Durban hub on Saturday morning by 9am to collect my pkg.. I was then advised at 15:15pm by the person sending the pkg that the courier nva showed up.. I contacted Portia again and then she tells me the area is not being serviced today but she clearly told me to go to the Durban hub the next day earlier in our conversation.. I would have wasted more money jumping in my car driving all the way to Durban hub when my pkg wouldn't have been there.. If I didn't contact her I wouldn't have been aware of what's going on.. They are a total ******* with no experience and advise people to rather use alternate couriers than aramex click way.. I have been ripped of and expressed my concerns to Riaz as the pkg was urgent.. If I knew they are going to play around like this I would have used someonelse.. It's a shame a huge company like aramex has no experience workers and don't know how to treat their customers.. It's just lie after lie.. When asked Riaz to speak to their manager keerosha naiar I was told that I will receive a call from Portia but until now no joy just more lies.. They quick to take the money but cannot render services that they charge for.. Absolutely disgusted annoyed and feel **********.. Please avoid using these *******s
