Steeling our money

on the 16 November i paid for the courier for service the money went off twise they said the bank will refund me so the bank did not refund me i went to clickway again and tell then the bank did not refund me the money back so they tell me i must sent them bank statment i did now they tell me they can see the money anywere and they tell me the bank did refund me the sameday but on my bank statment it show no refund money back in my acc

so not happy
