PATHETIC SERVICE

Booking made Sunday for next day collection (Monday). They rock up Tuesday and the collection vehicle is too small. Eventually on Wednesday the parcel is collected.

Shipping was supposed to be 4days to UK. 12days later (technically 15days since booking) it’s till not delivered.

No proper communication. Chat and WhatsApp chats from Agents are generic responses.

DO NOT USE CLICKWAY COURIERS.

Pay the extra R100 or so and use Fedex instead!!!!
