Overcharge customers and then don't collect the packages .

The service is shockingly very bad .I should have firstly checked the reviews before I have even paid money for nothing. I have paid extra money for an over night delivery which was never even picked up to begin with .I paid R282.90 for nothing .This is how this company *****s from its clients .I would like to have a refund as I do not want to proceed with you anymore .
