NO COMMUNICATION, NO REFUND.

After nearly a month without any feedback on a package that was payed for but not picked-up. I wanted to warn other users. I wasn't fond of the fact that they have no contact number - only an e-mail address to resolve issues, but didn't experience issues before until now. Still no word, NO REFUND? And no service. Very disappointed. Hope they pick up their act.
