How are they still in business

Shocking!!! Do not consider this company. Why did i not first look at this website. Booked overnight service and did not bother to collect. I googled Aramex and their website came up - so i thought this was an Aramex service. But it transpires it is a completely separate company. AVOID - NEVER AGAIN
