FALSE ADVERTISING

ZERO STARS! What a **** OF A COMPANY! *****ulent advertising. I sent a parcel to Cape Town from Pretoria and selected the OVERNIGHT option. Parcel was collected before lunch time from me. Next day I track the parcel, still in transit. I contact the very UNHELPFUL WHATSAPP CHAT and I get told that Cape Town is not overnight, that it is a 2 day service. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE? I HAVE READ THROUGH AND SCREEN SHOT ALL OF YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THAT. BESIDES, CAPE TOWN IS A MAJOR CITY! The address that was to receive the parcel is literally 2 km's away form your warehouse. This is absolutely false advertising. I paid extra for overnight and may as well have sent it with someone else, normal delivery time.
