Do not use Click-Way Couriers - their service delivery is non-existent!

They claim to deliver withing 1 - 3 business days. I booked online and paid for the collection on the 7th of August 2024. Today is the 23rd of August and I am still to receive my parcel. I have tried unsuccessfully numerous times to get hold of someone to find out what the problem is. When using my waybill number to trace the parcel it shows that it is still stuck in Gauteng. This is absolutely unacceptable and appauling service!
