Had one OK experience with them before, so when I needed some parts for my car urgently and saw that they offered next day service, I placed the order again. Late afternoon on the day that delivery was meant to happen, I start chasing them, only to hear later that they won't be able to deliver that day afterall. So we make arrangements for the following morning (+1 day longer than contracted), and despite being clearly in the wrong they don't seem too interested in ensuring that we get the stuff delivered quickly. The newly agreed timeslot has also passed and still no delivery, no communication from Clickway, nothing. I just paid the higher "next day" price effectively for a very long, economy type service. **************** as they say.
