Clickway claims I was not home when they came to pick up parcel just when I gave it to their driver

Clickway Courier by Aramex claims that there was no one at home when they tried to pick up the parcel and yet 10mins before that very email the parcel was collected by a Driver who said they were from Clickway Courier. Now as a client I don't have proof that I gave the parcel to Clickway. I find it disturbing that someone would lie like this! I'm very disappointed in this service CWC***4
