PATHETIC SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION
We placed an order in the middle of the year 2024. They didn’t have many of the plants. We eventually collected - it’s a home based business operating out of a garage which is not a problem at all and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We still have items due which we only found out on the day of collection they did not have but we had paid for. Now they are not responding to our calls or messages.
This is a typical home business turned bad - and such a shame.
It’s just unacceptable.

We want to assure you that we did everything we could to get your plants to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we were stuck with supplier delays and this did not make it possible. It was only the one plant that we could not get for you at the time which we delivered to you as soon as we got it back into stock.
i your original order you did not ask us to deliver and chose to collect from our home based office.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

07 Mar 2025, 12:18I can confirm that this supplier did eventually deliver the outstanding plant - after many months and after ignoring calls and blue ticking our whatsapp messages for weeks on end. I had to resort to contacting them on another whatsapp number (which they answered promptly) while still ignoring our actual number - until the penny dropped. I am closing this review now and would like to say in fairness to the supplier that the plants are of a very high quality and great value. I do hope that the supplier will learn from this and take better care going forward to provide continuity and integrity and credibility in communication and customer engagement. This is/could be a great business if they commit to focus on customer engagement. I will now change my rating to 3 stars because they delivered the outstanding plant - and I will likely buy from them again.
