No Delivery or Communication

My order from March still not delivered. Received a response once in April stating that this will be dispatched within a week. I requested a refund and after finally getting through on 09th May on the phone, as communication is almost non-existing via email, whatsapp or cellphone, I was told by Nick that he will look into it and make sure that the order is dispatched and will get back to me on whatsapp. Today is the 02 June, still no delivery or whatsapp. Cell phone only rings, no answer and I have been trying for more than a week. Will be taking this further if not resolved.
