APPALLING EXPERIENCE! - WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After 6 months no delivery of order, no communication and no customer service! I ordered online from ClicknPlant and to date have not received my order. Emails remain unanswered. I have phoned the telephone number on their website sinde April 2025 and to date it has not been answered once. THIS IS NOT OK!!! I want my money back.
