I bought a keyboard from Click and Ship, paying them using eWallet through FNB. The price included delivery of R 100, which was stated on the ad and invoice. Once payment had been confirmed, I got an email from Mega Express Courier saying that I had to pay a further R 950 for insurance to deliver the goods, which I paid. On receipt of this payment I got a further email saying that I had to pay another R 500 to the courier for customs. At this point I knew I had been ****med and asked both companies to refund the monies at which point all communication stopped, as expected. I found the ad on Locanto, advertising keyboards for sale at good prices, to good to be true. Do not deal with these people, they will take your money.
