Zero score

Morning it's been weeks trying to get hold of you guys. You made my score 0 for NO reason! I've been trying to get in touch with you but no luck. I don't understand how can you 0 someone's score FOR NO REASON AT ALL........ and then you can't even contact a person after weeks of trying to get in touch...... Can someone please get in touch with me.
