Why

Can Anyone please tell me why is it that when logging a dispute as instructed , you keep getting an email response like the 1 below , than reply but get the exact same reply . I have been having this issue for a while initially I had issues with Debt Busters , they finally helped me and send through all the relevant docs now i need to remove details off my clear score report but nothing , how do I get this done :(

"Experian can remove incorrect personal information from your report, but they cannot add new information. When you apply for credit, and input these details on the application, these details will automatically get passed onto Experian from the credit grantor.

Please advise if there is information to be removed/deleted on the profile?
