What a ****
Clear Score has been very difficult to contact or unresponsiveness to making changes or any queries.I spent nearly a year trying to remove unsolicited credit queries from profile , which wrongly reflected as me seeking credit. They have been unable to explain why these people were digging around my personal /intimate records without my consent . It seems ******* and it seems ClearScore is part of enabing these ******* violations of privacy. In the past, ClearScore have also taken a very long time to update my credit score for example pad up loans etc. I notice that I have now got a mark on my profile which states that I missed a cell contract payment in October 2021. Bizarrely, this is now on my profile a year later and ofcourse counts against my creditworthiness. I have written to Creditscore countless times since September 2022 and they have failed to remove that remark even though my service provider insists that they did not 'hand me over'. My service provider also provided all the proof of my payments and I sent these to Clear score. They do not seem to have made a note and instead asked me for unrelated information from the past. Why is any of this suddenly requested over a year or two later? Especially since I NEVER miss payments and have not received any complaints from ay of my insurances or other things I pay monthly. It is now November and there is NO change to my status. There is still the patronising remark telling me to 'be careful and not miss any payments'. Yet I have missed no payments. All the other credit scoring companies have rated me as 'very good to excellent'. Clear score is committed to ranking me as 'moderate risk' which has cost me the ability to buy a new car, get a phone contract etc.I think that Clear Score are vindictive and are committed to ensuring that my credit worthiness remains unduly tenuous. We also recall the many breaches of privacy that they have been part of through experia and I wonder where my information is actually going. So disgusted.
