Unauthorized credit inquiries and employer added

There is an unknown credit checks that have been recently done on my profile without my consent. The record show that it was done by STANDARD BANK POWERCURVE. I am not sure why they are doing this for because I don't bank with them and I have never app**** for any loans with them. These are ********** enquiries because I did not request them. An employer has been added but I did not added any new employer. This is not alright at all since they didn't even confirm with me before adding that employer on my clearscore account.
