Totally wrong information!!

My mother just did the rating out of curiosity and we see that there are some telephone numbers that we no idea where they are from. Her physical address is totally wrong and she has never lived in the area let alone at that address. We then asked her bank to do a proper rating and they have the correct information so where does this company get their information. They also recommended a loan from Banks/ Financial Institutions that we do not utilise or in some cases never heard of. Is this a legitimate company or an information service for ********??? Their advertising is totally misleading!!
