They solved my problem
I had a problem that I couldn't sign up to clear score because I suspect someone else might have used my ID number to sign up. I contacted the clear score ZA customer service via email they responded to my inquiry ,I supp**** them with a copy of my ID and requested that they delete the account that is using my ID which they did and I manged to sign up afresh and I can now see my clear score credit report.
