The worst service (if you can call it service)

I keep on receiving emails on how to manage your credit score, but cant get my report!!! I've been sending emails with a stupid reply about using a different browser - I tried that as well, with no luck.

I tried to call their offices in JHB *** -- and guess what, another department that doesnt bother to answer their phones....again someone just receiving a salary without doing the job!!
