Terrible Terrible Service

Clear Score is a credit bureau that offers free credit reports and scores. Their reports are supposedly issued to them by Experian they in turn pass them on. The reports are supposed to be updated every 31 days. I received my 1st report on 17th Oct 2017, a lot of info on my credit report was wrong, my address, my accounts, a lot was wrong. I managed to get hold of them and they assured me they would get it sorted. To date nothing has changed, my report as yet to be updated. As i write this I have been on the phone for 22 minutes waiting for a representitive. They have no idea of what they are doing, none at all. Personally I think they are a **** due to their being "offers" on their website. Their credit score is out of 705 and that cannot be correct. Now been waiting 25 minutes and nothing.
