Terrible Services Received

I raised a dispute with clear score on 27 December 2023,as the app mentioned I missed a payment with African Bank, which is incorrect, I received a response via email notifying me that my query will take 20 business days to get resolved, It is now 18 March 2024 and I have not heard anything and my query has not been resolved.

Due to this I cannot apply for any credit or a new cellphone contract which has now become urgent.
