Stressed!!!

Received notification I am in London, but I'm in SA. Unable to get any assistance from them, number does not go through. Don't seem to get any help and cannot reset password or do anything on my profile. This type of service is unacceptable and suspect something is wrong with my login or profile. This needs urgent attention as I am in SA and not in London. Stressed!!!
