Removal of account taking over 2 months sometimes years

In this time and age time is everything. Help me understand how a third party takes 7days to remove the account from thwir system yet you take more than 60 days and even years at times. I have been struggling to remove the vodacom account since March. Today I'm told by Rhofiwa from your organisation to wait another 20days.

Let alone I've liaising with your organisation to update all the incorrect information on my name.

This does mean that the credit score rating is incorrect and this has a negative impact on any credit application that I would do.

Why hold peoples recirds when you are not efficient and prompt in delivering accurate information.
