Prescribed debt

(***) I called in dated 03.08.2022 and spoke to a consultant who had the audacity to drop the phone during our conversation, pity I didn't get his name!!!!

Prescribed Debt (Account number: 15292-36). I have logged a dispute with Experian and ClearScore. According to the previously received correspondence I haven’t made any payment arrangements nor payments in the past 3+ years. In this regard, however, I advise that the claim against me has prescribed in terms of Section 10(1) of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 and as such, I request that Friendly Cash Loans urgently provide me with written confirmation that the account has now been closed and removed off my clearscore report. And update all the following credit bureaus: XDS, CPB, TransUnion, Experian and all the other relevant bureaus
