Poor customer service

I have sent you guys numerous emails regarding my information not being updated on my report, i have accounts that were removed in December on my credit profile due to fact that they are prescribed but all of the sudden they are still showing on my credit report of 01/03/2025…please remove capitec and Mr Price accounts on my credit report.
