Please Update My Credit Information

I have been using Clearscore for a long time now but they have failed me with updating the incorrect information that is ruining my life. I have paid up my accounts in Feb 2021 and out of the 2 accounts I paid up they only updated one after 4 months. I have tried to get them to update my Mobicred account and even logged a dispute and submitted my paid up letter but still nothing. I am not pleased with their service and would appreciate it if they could update this info ASAP, so that I can move on with my life.
