Pathetic service- almost a whole year and no updates of duplicated account.

I have been waiting for almost a whole year now for Clearscore to update my credit profile and remove a loan that has been duplicated...!!! This is pathetic, i suppose the argument is that you can't complain about a free service? Maybe it's better i go to another credit record provider
