PATHETIC Service

I am so ****ed off!!!

I have an account reflecting on my credit profile which i have followed up with the service provider and they have confirmed that i do not have any accounts with them.

I have logged a dispute with Clearscore since last year and i get 1 automated answer every day.

Hi Mpho, Thanks for getting in touch via messenger. I can see that you’ve raised this as a dispute so Experian will be looking into this case. Experian will contact you via email about your case. It can take up to 20 business days, though the process is usually much faster than that. Many thanks, Shubham
