Passing the Buck?

Clearscore keep showing defaults on my report, of which every thing is always paid up, I quierried this and they blamed Experian South Africa, who in turns sends me a long message to request filled in forms and information, I thought thats what you supposed to do?? Another case of the "great South African inefficiency" syndrome?! I do not expect a reply, in SHORT... you are not trust worthy and quite useless!
