Not happy!!!!

I am so upset. My husband was put under debt review by "mistake". We found this out today when we app**** for a car!!!! We asked for a letter to send with the application. They cannot give us one.we must wait 24hhours and re apply. This is not good enough!!!! I want to speak to a manager!!!!! ********** 021
