Misrepresentation of information

There are several vexing matters that for the life of me I don't understand, I have 2 accounts that appear on my credit report that I have not app**** for and the vendors in question says the accounts don't exist yet they only appear on my credits core profile, secondly I don't owe on any of my accounts an credit cards are paid up and is used to store excess funds , so why does my score trending downwards ,
