Logins issue for over 5 months without any help

Why can't I talk to someone there is no proper decent communication line 🙄 even when I send emails no meaningful response. I want my login issue to be sorted its been more than 5 months now and alot of back and forth emails which z a robot 🤖 get customer care line where we could get assistance from human beings etleast.
