Is Clearscore a money making ****?

I was told to improve my credit score to bring my credit card down to under 70%. On 18 March 24, I brought my credit card to below 50%. I also settled my bond with Nedbank on the same date. But it just shows Nedbank updated. My credit score was 695 when i had used 97% of my credit card and had a bond. This month, my credit card dropped by 8 points to 687. The Nedbank payment is shown as updated and the following false explanation is given: ''What does this mean? This means that the payment status on one of your accounts was updated. This could happen if you had a payment in arrears the previous month, but were up to date on the month of this report.'' Absolute ******* I have never been in arrears or missed a payment on any of my accounts. It's now paid up and my credit card is well below 50%, shouldn't my score go up. They tell me to lodge a dispute with Experian. This guys are the height of incompetence and a **** just to enrich money hungry leeches
