M dissapointed with ur service m trying to build my score m not doing anything wrong m paying my active account in order, but last months i receive a report saying my score went down by 18 point how come coz m paying according n didnt do any credit equiry or anything, i want dis fixed, i hv register with time corch as well my score is going up monthly but u guys say my score whent down by 18,fix dis bull**** dnt.call me until u hv solution
