Incorrect information on our credit bureau sites and reports

ClearScore are still showing an old account as active on my profile. An account that listed me as a bad payer for absolutely no reason. An account that has been inactive for well over a year. Obviously I want the account removed, or at least shown as inactive, in case they lose their minds again and decide to list people as bad payers for absolutely no reason. But ClearScore and Experian don't care at all, and are ignoring my requests. They obviously believe they are too good to worry about truth and justice and doing their jobs.
