INCORRECT CREDIT REPORT

What a useless credit institution! I had a Standard Bank Credit Card that was in arrears, and I paid that Credit Card last year, in November 2022, but it still shows in arrears even today, 7 months later. I have sent them my paid-up letter to update my report, but it still shows in arrears in their system. I have sent countless emails, but still nothing has changed. I have raised disputes on their system for the past 7 months now, and I don't even know why the other company still uses them as a credit reporting institution if their information is so updated. Absolutely Useless!
