Failure to update information. Incorrect scores. Ignoring proof of paid up accounts.
Their data is outdated. When you raise a dispute nothing is done about it...despite sending proof of account being paid up.

Your report is updated once a month, so the information can be up to 60 days out of date.

If you’ve repaid your debts, closed your account or your payment history hasn’t been updated for more than 60 days, you have the right to dispute this with Experian (our data provider).
It might take up to 20 days to come to a resolution, though the process is usually much faster than that.
