To show how pathetic you people are i post a complaint that you have completely ignored my emails regarding my dispute however you send me a reply to send an email only God knows about what to the same email i have sent 12 emails in the past week waiting for a reply and dololo.

My reference number is ERD***. I clearly state that in my complaint so what is it that i must send you. Instructions on what you need to do next. Then why are you there in the first place. Dont use clear score its pointless.
