DMC5 **** LISTING NEW ACCOUNT ADDED ON CLEAR SCORE!!!

There's a new account added to my Clear score credit profile called DMC5. I do not owe this company anything and do not know this company. Please assist me in exposing this company's **** listing on my credit profile. I would also like to know how Clear score and Experian can allow a company like this to be listed on a customer's profile and where did they obtain my info. Customer details are suppose to be safe on Clear score. How are they allowed to add a **** company to your credit listing. The customers information should be protected. This ********** listing must be removed from my credit profile immediately.
