Disgusting service

I have now been waiting for over a month for someone to first activate my profile (My ID was not in color and I had sent a color copy several times) After sending the correct documents it was requested again. Then after waiting another 7 days with no response I have now requested my profile is deactivated and removed but STILL no response.
