Credit score keeps decreasing without any valid reason

Good Day I have a very serious concern regarding my ITC report my score keeps going down and it's affecting me tried sending emails to rage to fix it as on my report it shows missed payments and the account is fully paid got a paid up letter which was sent to experienced and transition but still it wasn't removed. Now I see banks added on my report as if I was trying to take loans and I didn't even try to do that not even once.I only have 1 account with OK furniture which was opened 2 months back.Please assist me by updating accordingly...this is messing my life
