Credit score
So my Clearscore credit report update is out for August and I don't understand Experian has updated the record and settlement letters received. Also the judgement was successfully removed yet ClearScore is still way different to Experian and the other major credit bureaus. I would like someone from ClearScore to either liaise with Experian as I believe this is where you get the information to populate on your side.
Or someone from ClearScore need to contact me. Not impressed at all.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Both your credit report and score are updated monthly.
Experian (our data provider) has acquired Compuscan and currently hosts two data platforms. The Experian data platform (the data you see on your ClearScore report) and the Compuscan data platform have now been rebranded as Experian Sigma.
The reason why the score on your my credit check (Compuscan) report differs from the ClearScore (Experian/my credit expert) is that:

The reason why the score on your my credit check (Compuscan) report differs from the ClearScore (Experian/my credit expert) is that:
- The date the report is generated
- The formulas, variables and weightings used to create the scores are different.
- Datasets and information on the bureaus could differ based on each platform's loading and validation rules.
- The Experian Sigma platform has a 2-year display period, while the Experian platform has a 3-year display period.
If you need any assistance, please get in touch.
Many thanks,
