Credit report not being updated

My Credit report has not been for over 3 months now.

I have a problem where one of my loans on my credit report is duplicated, and so it shows that i have double the debt that i actually have. This was disputed with Experian via ClearScore, and the dispute investigation was found to be in my favour. Now it is 3 months later and STILL the loan is reflecting at duplicated on my Credit report.

This has affected my credit score negatively, and my score has dropped by almost 10 points as a result of the disputes and who knows what else.

I have send numerous emails to ClearScore who reply and say, your dispute has been found to be in your favour and it will be updated.

BY WHEN, Christmas??? 2023 or 2024??!?!?
