Credit report hasn't being updated but I payed my account

I have being registered with clear score to see my credit to and helping me with getting my credit into shape, i have paid up all my account that were due and was expecting my credit report to change but it hasn't. Clear score your failing me while I trusted you and you also not responding to. My email on why my credit report hasn't changed still the same balance on all the accounts I owned
