Correction of my credit report and monthly score about Absa Vehicle Finance

Good afternoon team Hellopeter.

Hope you are doing well.

I am Howard Mandlenkosi Gouws.

I recently received my clearance certificate this month of August 2025 from DC and I won't mention it here in this platform.

ClearScore keeps on updating my credit score and the monthly report right, and I appreciate the work that they are doing but I have the same complaint over and over that I kept on disputing to them about and no response or error correction on this matter.

ClearScore keeps on editing on my monthly report and credit score right. But I noticed every month that there's an wrong written error in their report about ABSA Vehicle Finance that reflects on my report that I still owe ABSA Vehicle Finance.

I have been disputing this error for month's with ClearScore and I haven't seen any changes about this error in my monthly report till to date and noresponse from ClearScore this matter since i started complainingor disputing this matter for error corrections on my credit report and monthly scores from ClearScore. I have sent my paid up letter documents to ClearScore as a proof of payment but till now yet there are no changes in my report about this error or wrongly written report about ABSA Vehicle Finance that I still owe.

I don't know what to do anymore as this reflects bad on my credit sore and on my monthly report from ClearScore.

To the highest office of the CEO of ClearScore I am humbling myself in requesting you to correct this error on my credit report that has a negative impact on my credit score and my monthly report.

I owe no creditors from my past in my life besides of what I know and i am keeping good records of my payments with.

I am afraid if my file for credit check reflects bad debtor then I might not be eligible for any product right now for this error and in the meantime I have my paid up lettters from my previous creditors, yet I am deemed not to qualify for any products and or credit because of my file that is wrongly painted or these errors on my credit score report monthly.

I urge you guy's to please pay attention on our disputes and our email's to you ClearScore for correction of the errors in our credit score report on monthly basis.

I have the proof of paid up letters from my creditors and I have the clearance certificate. I have come from far to get myself in good standing and gaining my financial freedom to be deemed not eligible for any products or rejected due to your wrongly written errors in our monthly credit and score reports. It can't be that difficult to correct these errors, and South Africans people and businesses can suffer from these unidentified or incorrect errors and information whilst we all need each other to build our futures in good faith and doing the right thing's to better our future and lifestyles.

Please team ClearScore and the office your organization CEO let's work together hand in hand to improve our lives daily and do the right thing's together. I am feeling dissatisfied,drained and tired right now that I'm trying my best to improve my name for good credit score and yet nothing is being done to correct these errors and or correction even after I have attempted to contact your organization for correction of these errors by email disputing them over and over again. I just hope you heard my request and my cries and an action will be taken to correct these errors from your organization.
